The relationship we have with ourselves will always be the direct indicator of our external world. This is why I feel so strongly about supporting you through your journey towards growing into closer connection with yourself. I will support and compassionately challenge you to surface all definitions and narratives you have digested that do not align with your truest self. You will then learn to rewrite your story from a lens of reclaiming, acceptance, and radical liberation which will lead you into a more loving and spiritually connected relationship with yourself (and therefore others).

I prioritize depth work, meaning our time together is intentionally meant to access every ounce of you from shadow to light and conscious to subconscious. I am passionate about providing individuals the time and pace that it takes to truly rebuild (or build for the first time) new patterns, beliefs, tools and narratives that serve their highest self, therefore instilling more lasting confidence. This is life-changing work that is meant to be sustainable so we will work together anywhere from six months to years, depending on your needs, resources, and desires.

You hold every ounce of power and love it takes to transcend. It is my driving purpose to guide you back home to yourself.
